Blackberry Tablet likely to have 7″ screen, dual cameras, 1 GHz CPU

There has been a lot of speculation, in the last few months, regarding a Blackberry Tablet PC from RIM. The latest is that it should have a 7″ screen, pack in front and rear cameras for video chat, and run on a 1 GHz processor. After a little more than two months, Apple’s iPad accounts for about the same amount of Web consumption in North America as RIM’s BlackBerry, according to data to be released by Quantcast on Wednesday.
