Capacitive screens are great to use, but try drawing over it, and you will see that fingers block the screen. Even foam tipped styluses cover too much, at least that is what Andrew Goss claims. Andrew Goss, a canadian jeweller, is the creator of the oStylus, and has designed it specifically to overcome this ‘blocking the screen’ issue.

Boogie Board is a tablet with a difference. It is a pressure sensitive LCD writing tablet that captures your every stroke.
