Just the other day we wrote that Apple was preparing to sell around 2.5 million units of iPad every month (that is almost one iPad every second) by the end of the year..
Well, they seem to be very much on track. Apple announced yesterday, that they have now sold 3 million units of iPad in under 80 days since its US launch. The last million was achieved in just under 20 days. Apple should also be launching the iPad in 9 more countries sometime in July. So if you are one of the ipad-less nation, you could be the next lucky one soon.
